Custom ERP & CRM Solutions — In-House Built, AI-Powered

Updated · Aug 2026 By ITSECOPS Free · No signup

ITSECOPS builds custom ERP and CRM solutions in-house — AI-powered, shaped to your exact workflows, and delivered as a service. You get the functionality you actually use without paying large per-seat licence fees for an oversized commercial suite.

Mid-sized companies routinely pay enterprise prices for ERP and CRM platforms where 70% of the features go unused — and then pay again to customise, integrate and upgrade them. We took the opposite route: a homegrown, modular ERP and CRM codebase that we tailor to each client’s processes. Because we own the code, customisation is fast, integrations are unlimited, and there is no licence meter running.

In-house ERP, built around your operations

  • Modular by design — finance, inventory, procurement, projects, HR and reporting modules; deploy only what you need, add modules as you grow.
  • AI-assisted operations — AI handles document data extraction (invoices, POs), anomaly flags in transactions, demand and cash-flow projections, and natural-language reporting (“show me overdue POs by vendor”).
  • Your workflows, not the vendor’s — approval chains, cost centres and reports are built to match how you already operate, so adoption doesn’t require re-training the company around the software.
  • Integrations included — email, Microsoft 365, banking exports, e-invoicing and shop-floor or field systems connect via APIs, without per-connector fees.

Custom CRM without the per-user tax

  • Pipeline modelled on your sales process — stages, qualification rules and handoffs configured to your reality, not a generic template.
  • AI lead scoring and follow-up — leads from your website, forms and chatbot are captured automatically, scored, and queued with suggested next actions so nothing goes cold.
  • One source of truth — quotes, contacts, activity history and support tickets in one place, with dashboards leadership actually reads.
  • Flat, predictable cost — no per-user subscription creep as your team grows.

What it costs compared to commercial suites

Commercial ERP/CRM suite ITSECOPS in-house solution
Licensing Per user, per module, per year — rises as you grow No licence fees — service-based, flat and predictable
Customisation Consultant day-rates against a rigid platform We own the code — changes are fast and included in scope
Integrations Paid connectors and middleware API integrations built in
Security & compliance Your problem to configure Built by a security company — hardening, RBAC, audit logging and backups by default
Typical 3-year cost Baseline A fraction of suite licensing + implementation

Built by a security company

ERP and CRM systems hold your most sensitive data — financials, customers, pricing. Ours are built by the same team that runs 24/7 SOC monitoring and compliance programmes for clients in four continents: role-based access control, encrypted data at rest and in transit, audit trails, and backup/recovery are part of the architecture, not an add-on. If you need the system to support ISO 27001 or GDPR evidence, it is designed for that from day one.

How an engagement works

  • 1. Process mapping (1–2 weeks) — we document how orders, money and data actually move through your business.
  • 2. Fit & scope — you get a fixed-scope proposal: modules, integrations, migration plan and timeline. If a commercial product is honestly a better fit, we say so.
  • 3. Build & migrate — iterative delivery with your team using real screens early; data migrated from spreadsheets or legacy systems.
  • 4. Run & evolve — hosting, monitoring, backups and continuous changes under one support agreement.

Frequently asked questions

Is a custom ERP cheaper than SAP, NetSuite or Dynamics?

For small and mid-sized companies, usually yes over a 3-year horizon. Commercial suites carry per-user licences, module fees, mandatory implementation partners and upgrade projects. A scoped in-house build removes licensing entirely; you pay for build and support. For very large or highly standardised enterprises, a commercial suite can still make sense — we will tell you if that’s you.

What does “AI-based” actually mean in your ERP and CRM?

Concrete features, not a chatbot sticker: document data extraction, transaction anomaly detection, lead scoring, forecast projections and natural-language reporting. Each AI feature is optional and scoped to your data, which stays in your tenant.

Who owns the solution and the data?

Your data is yours, exportable at any time in open formats. The solution runs under a service agreement; source-code escrow or ownership transfer can be part of the contract for clients who require it.

Can you migrate us from spreadsheets or a legacy system?

Yes — most clients come from exactly there. Migration (cleaning, mapping, importing historical data) is a standard phase of every engagement.

How long does an implementation take?

A focused CRM is typically live in 4–8 weeks. ERP scope depends on modules: a finance + inventory core usually runs 3–5 months including migration and parallel running.
