ITSecOps provisions, enrols and delivers company laptops and phones to remote employees anywhere in the world, so your HQ never has to receive, configure and re-ship a device again. You order the laptop from Amazon or any retailer (or we buy it for you at partner pricing), it lands at our nearest hub, we enrol it in Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager or Google endpoint management under your tenant, harden it, tag it, and courier it to the employee with tracking. They sign in once and are working on a fully managed device. Ongoing MDM management, remote wipe and offboarding retrieval are included as a service.

The problem this solves

Your team is global. Your IT is not. A new hire in Manila, Dubai, Sydney or Warsaw needs a laptop that is enrolled in your MDM, encrypted, patched and running your EDR before they touch a customer record. Today that usually means one of three bad options: the laptop is bought locally and stays unmanaged for weeks, or HQ buys it, images it and ships it across a border (customs holds, import duty, lithium battery paperwork, two to three weeks of delay), or the employee is told to use their own machine. Each option is a security gap and a compliance finding waiting to happen: ISO 27001 A.8, SOC 2 CC6, NIS2 Article 21 and CMMC all expect every endpoint that touches company data to be inventoried and controlled.

The large device-lifecycle platforms solve part of this, but most are built for 200+ employee companies, price per seat per month whether you ship a device that month or not, and still hand the MDM configuration back to your own IT team. ITSecOps is the option for companies that need the outcome (an enrolled, hardened laptop in the employee’s hands) without a platform contract, and want the same consultants who run their security stack to own the endpoint end to end.

How global laptop provisioning works with ITSecOps

  1. Partner onboarding and NDA. We sign a mutual NDA and a short services agreement. You give us a delegated admin role in your Intune, Apple Business Manager or Google Workspace tenant (or we build the tenant and the baseline policies for you).
  2. Device sourcing, your choice. Order from Amazon Business or any retailer and ship to the ITSecOps hub nearest the employee, or send us the spec and we procure at partner pricing and invoice you. Both routes work for Windows, Mac, iPhone, Android and ChromeOS.
  3. Enrolment and hardening. Windows devices are registered to Windows Autopilot and enrolled in Intune. Macs and iPhones are added to Apple Business Manager and assigned to your MDM. Android and ChromeOS go through Android Enterprise zero-touch or Google endpoint management. We then apply your baseline: disk encryption (BitLocker or FileVault), EDR or MDR agent, compliance policies, conditional access, standard apps, VPN or zero-trust client, asset tag and inventory record.
  4. QA and hand-off pack. Every device is booted, verified against a checklist, photographed and logged with serial, IMEI and asset tag. The employee receives a one-page sign-in guide in their language.
  5. Delivery anywhere. Courier with tracking, insured, with correct customs paperwork where a border is crossed. Typical door-to-door time from hub to employee is two to five business days.
  6. Run, wipe, retrieve, redeploy. We manage the fleet in your MDM (patching, compliance, lost-device lock and wipe), and when someone leaves we collect the device, wipe it to standard and redeploy it to the next hire.

Where we deliver

Provisioning hubs in India and Europe, with insured courier and local-receiving partners, cover the regions where distributed teams are growing fastest and where shipping from a US or UK head office hurts most:

  • Middle East: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait.
  • South Asia: India (Greater Noida provisioning hub), Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal.
  • South East Asia: Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand.
  • Australia and New Zealand.
  • Europe: EU and EEA countries and the UK from our European hub, with GDPR-aligned handling.

Other countries are handled case by case; ask and we will confirm lead time and duty treatment before you order.

Pricing

You pay a one-time provisioning fee per device (receiving, enrolment, hardening, QA and delivery) plus the courier cost at pass-through, and an optional flat monthly fee per managed device for ongoing MDM administration and offboarding. There is no platform subscription and no minimum head count: one laptop for one new hire is a valid order. Because we are a partner with every industry-standard vendor, devices and licences we procure on your behalf are usually cheaper than buying direct. Send us the number of devices and the destination countries and you will have a written quote within one business day.

Who this is for

  • US, UK and European companies hiring remote staff in the Middle East, India, the Philippines, South East Asia or Australia through an EOR or their own entity.
  • SaaS and professional-services firms with 20 to 500 employees that are too small for enterprise device-lifecycle platforms but too regulated to leave endpoints unmanaged.
  • Companies preparing for ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIS2 or CMMC that need every endpoint enrolled and evidenced.
  • MSPs that want a white-label provisioning partner in Asia, the Middle East and Australia for their own clients.

Frequently asked questions

Can you ship company laptops to employees in another country with MDM already enrolled?

Yes. That is the core of the service. The device is enrolled in your Intune, Apple Business Manager or Google tenant and fully configured before it leaves our hub, so the employee only signs in. Because it ships from our India or European hub with the customs paperwork prepared in advance, or is received locally through a partner, delays and import duties are minimised compared with an ad hoc shipment from head office.

Do we have to buy the laptop through ITSecOps?

No. You can order from Amazon, Apple, Dell or any retailer and ship to our hub, and we handle the rest. If you prefer one invoice, we procure at partner pricing on your behalf.

Which MDM platforms do you support?

Microsoft Intune with Windows Autopilot, Apple Business Manager with Intune, Jamf, Kandji or Mosyle, Android Enterprise zero-touch, and Google endpoint management for ChromeOS. If you have no MDM yet, we set one up and build the baseline policies.

How long does it take to get a laptop to a new hire abroad?

Once the device reaches our hub, provisioning takes one to two business days and delivery two to five business days depending on the country. Order at least two weeks before the start date if we are procuring the hardware.

What happens when the employee leaves?

We lock and wipe the device remotely on your instruction, arrange courier collection from the employee, verify the wipe, and either redeploy the device to the next hire or dispose of it with a certificate.

Is there a minimum number of devices?

No. Single-device orders are common. Pricing is per device, and there is no platform subscription.

Which countries do you cover?

The Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and neighbours), India and South Asia, the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, and all EU, EEA and UK countries. Other destinations on request.
