Your brand on the ticket. Our engineers behind it.

ITSecOps.cloud provides white-label L1, L2 and L3 infrastructure support, 24×7 NOC and SOC services to MSPs in the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland and Australia. Your clients see your brand, your ticketing system and your SLAs — our certified engineers do the work, around the clock.

Whether you need overnight coverage, an overflow bench, or a full outsourced NOC/SOC, we plug into your stack and operate as an invisible extension of your team.

What you can resell under your brand

  • L1–L3 helpdesk & infrastructure support: triage, escalation and resolution across servers, networks, endpoints and cloud — with documented runbooks and strict SLAs.
  • 24×7 NOC services: monitoring, alert handling, patching, backup checks and remediation for your entire client base.
  • 24×7 SOC & MDR: analyst-verified threat detection with sub-15-minute mean time to triage — see our SOC. Sophos Silver Partner.
  • Project engineering: Microsoft 365 and Azure migrations, tenant hardening, license optimization you can bill as your own projects.
  • Compliance-as-a-service: resell SOC 2, ISO 27001 and CMMC readiness to your clients — we deliver behind your brand.

Why MSPs partner with us

The timezone advantage

Our delivery centres in Stavanger (CET) and Greater Noida (IST) mean your night shift is our day shift. US and Australian MSPs get true follow-the-sun coverage without paying graveyard-shift premiums.

Margin that makes sense

Per-user or per-device pricing typically 30–50% below onshore engineering cost — you keep the client relationship and the margin.

Proven white-label delivery

We already operate as the invisible engine for a US-based MSP — infrastructure hardening, CIS/NIST-aligned policies, continuous monitoring and incident triage — see our case studies.

Security you can show your clients

Our own operations follow ISO 27001-aligned controls, and we run compliance programs for a living. NDAs and non-solicitation are standard in every partner agreement.

How partnership works

  1. Discovery call: your stack (ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA, NinjaOne, Datto — we adapt to yours), coverage hours and volumes.
  2. Pilot: a limited client segment or after-hours window, typically live within 2–3 weeks.
  3. Runbooks & SLAs: documented escalation paths, response targets and QA scorecards.
  4. Scale: add clients, hours or service lines as trust builds. Month-to-month flexibility.

Frequently asked questions

Is it really invisible to our clients?
Yes. We work inside your PSA/RMM under your domain and email signatures, follow your voice guidelines, and never contact your clients outside your systems. NDA and non-solicitation clauses are standard.

Which tools do you support?
ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA, NinjaOne, Datto RMM, Microsoft 365/Azure, Sophos, and most mainstream SIEM/EDR stacks. If you run something else, we train on it during the pilot.

How is pricing structured?
Per-user, per-device or per-seat monthly pricing, scoped after a discovery call. No long lock-ins — partnerships grow because the work is good.

Can you cover only nights and weekends?
Yes. After-hours-only coverage is one of our most common starting points for US, UK and Australian MSPs.

How fast can we start?
Pilots typically go live within 2–3 weeks of the discovery call.
